Maxine Gibbs is a retired Contract Manager and Elementary School Teacher. She has extensive Grant Writing and Contract Monitoring experience. Currently a consultant with the City of Fort Myers, Maxine works monitoring federal and state grants, and managing federal emergency assistance programs.
